Frequently Asked Questions
How do I know if I am eligible for NDIS support?
NDIS eligibility requires you to be under 65, an Australian citizen or permanent resident, and have a permanent disability that significantly impacts daily life. We can help guide you through the application process — contact us for a free consultation.
What is the Support at Home program?
Support at Home replaced the Home Care Packages program in November 2025. It provides older Australians 65 and older, with funding to access in-home support services. If you've been assessed by My Aged Care, we're an Associate Provider ready to help.
How quickly can services start?
For NDIS participants, services can start within 1-2 weeks of initial contact.
For Aged Care, timing depends on your My Aged Care assessment. We'll work with you to start as soon as possible.
Can I choose my own support care worker?
Absolutely. We pair you with support care workers based on your preferences, personality, cultural background, and care needs - and will have a scheduled session to "meet and greet your carer". Our model prioritises continuity of care. This means we build strong, reliable relationships within your Care Team.
